BLACK PANTHER Movie . Does Marvel & Disney have a problem making a live action film?

Is Marvel studios concerned about a possible racial backlash from a Black Panther movie ( their first possibe leading black character ) come out on the big screen, due to some people assuming it could be considered racisit?
