New iPhone 13 from AT&T Arrives with Broken Factory Seal, Full Unboxing HD

07.04.2022
Ordered a brand new iPhone 13 through AT&T. It arrived like this, factory seals broken, new white seals in place. AT&T did this to put the Sim card in. We never opened it and decided to exchange It for a different color, but we had a “unified account” (combined bill with DirecTV) which for some reason meant AT&T couldn’t access the account to make any changes. Not to exchange it, not to return it, not even to send in our trade-in to get the credit. We tried for a solid week to reach the Unified department with no luck. We tried online, we tried in store, we tried on the phone, nothing. So we ported out to Verizon to cancel the line, paid it off in full ($1,200 with tax), and posted this brand new phone for sale, only to find out that the stupid way AT&T sends these makes them no longer new in a sealed box. So I unboxed it here for you, and will now sell it has a brand-new open box phone. I left the entire video intact and uncut as evidence of how AT&T sends these things, so I muted the sound here and there due to background noise. Enjoy. BTW, AT&T even says on their website that they send phones this way: "Be aware that: We ship most new devices with the SIM card inserted in your device and activated."https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1008711/
