Doctor Who Titles 2010 - fan version (2nd attempt)

Within a week of the Matt Smith series starting I produced my own version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZWmetPzPSw&feature=g-upl) but I was never really happy with them. This is a second attempt. It was built in Cinema4D using 500+ Mograph planes arranged along a spline. (Random Effector used to produce the random rotation). The "tunnel" aspect is created with a cloud-like texture with a circular alpha channel. Visible lights within the tunnel walls are keyframed to flicker. Lightning, sparks, the title transition (as well as shading and speed effects) were all added afterwards in After Effects. The font for the actor names is Matt Smith Doctor Who font from DaFonts.com.
