It is in some instances safer to have images before any mechanical work on the spine and this is one reason to choose in specific cases to view X-rays before any chiropractic treatments. However, only approximately 30% of our new patients are asked for X-ray evaluations. These sophisticated tools allow us to instigate precise treatment regimes, tailored to each patient’s personal requirements. The EMG (electromyography) scanner is a highly effective diagnostic tool, specifically designed for the Chiropractic profession. It is a non-invasive, painless procedure, suitable for all patients from babies, children and women who are pregnant and senior patients.
