Windows 8.1 preview touch screen problem FIX, Ativ 700t HD

*Update* The fix in the video works some of the time for a little while at best. Here is the real fix!! 1. Download and install the latest Wacom driver for tablet PC. 2. Search Windows and find the device manager. 3. In the Device manager, right click Wacom device, select properties, select power management. 4. remove the check next to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Click ok and your done! You should still watch the first part of this video just to see the cases I make! :) *Old* Windows 8.1 has a catastrophic bug that makes touch input work intermittently at best on the Samsung 700t tablet PC.
