Fun Dance: Warm Up, Super Kids!

“Super Kids in School” DVD is designed to get children aged below 7, to be moving in school and at home through fun dance work-outs. By using the dance tracks, you can help children meet part of their daily recommended level of physical activity which is 180 minutes of physical activity. Physical activity plays a significant role in the growth and development of children. The health benefits of encouraging children to be active every day include: to develop motor skills, enhance bone and muscular development, and promote healthy weight. In addition, academic performance, time management skills, concentration and attention in class improve when children stay active regularly. Encouraging children to move and play every day is also important as habits formed early in life can influence behaviour in later years. It is therefore important to provide children with ample opportunities for physical activity every day.
