[./bA_Marnics] Xubuntu VS Linux Mint XFCE HD

I needed an XFCE distro for an upcoming project and wanted to find out first hand which of the two highest rated distros Xubuntu and Linux Mint XFCE was the fastest. I normally use Pop_OS! with GNOME so testing Xubuntu and Linux Mint XFCE was a completely unbias test as neither are my go to distro for personal use.
