4 Way Microphone Review & Shootout Blue Yeti Pro MXL 990 / V63M and Shure SM58 HD

06.12.2014
This is my newest review for consumer level microphones for those who are prosumers or enthusiast without big money for full on pro studio gear (and locations). Where to buy: If you like any of these mics grab them cheap at Amazon! Blue Yeti (USB) - http://goo.gl/FSTMdN Blue Yeti Pro (XLR & USB) - http://goo.gl/Pux6VU MXL V63M - http://goo.gl/n8SDj5 MXL 990 - http://goo.gl/0ST0Kp Shure SM58 - http://goo.gl/XwSiaw My Pop Filter - http://goo.gl/RvXmwd What we are looking at is the $100 range entry level mics that are way better than what most YouTube people use yet still cheap enough that anybody that really needs this type of quality can easily achieve it. We have the Blue Yeti Pro with its 3x 14mm Capsule setup running in XLR Mode The MXL V63M with its large diaphragm 32mm Capsule The MXL 990 with its 22mm small diaphragm Capsule And finally our only dynamic microphone in the competition the legendary Shure SM58 All of them will get quick fly by thoughts and opinions as we do some professional analysis and sound samples so that you can hear them for yourself. I hope you enjoy the video and the test, I very much look forward to all of your comments. Note that there will be a video on the MXL 990 in the future where I will be upgrading it with parts from Microphone-Parts.com and then we will do another professional review of the 990 at that time for a before and after comparison.
