What’s delicious, versatile, inexpensive and anti-aging? Bone broth! It’s loaded with minerals, amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and collagen. There were some watercolor paints on my shelf that were looking lonely and wanted to come out and play. I had no grand plan and just let it unfold.
