With a five knot crosswind coming directly from the right, the challenge is to maintain at least close to centre line, while touching down as smoothly as possible. Approaching the threshold left rudder is applied to rotate the nose of the aircraft, with opposite aileron into the wind to hold course. Touching down with the upwind wheel first we slow the aircraft on centre line.
