15,000 Russian troops request made directly to Minister Vladimir Puchkov by US Dept. of Homeland Security and President Obama for "Upcoming Disaster." Also, why did DHS just buy 1.6 billion runds of ammo including hollow point bullets. Social Security is set to purchase 174,000 hollow point rounds.
