Heghineh Cooking Show - Homemade Easy Cheese Croissants Recipe http://heghineh.com/quick-croissant-recipe/ I’m sure, I won’t be the only person who never made croissants, just because the process is time consuming. This super quick croissant recipe came from my Instagram friends. I saw two posts with similar recipes and decided to slightly revise and make it a bit different, as I wanted to have plain croissants but still have the cheese taste, and I really wanted it to have more layers. The original recipe called for cheese filling and 8 layers for the dough. I added the cheeses to the dough and added the layers, also one recipe called for just the milk as liquid ingredient, the other was with yogurt and milk. Anyways, not sure if you guys are interested in changes, but I’m sure this quick croissant recipe is a keeper. Happy Baking!
