Ingredients used are dough made of maida with butter and cheese. Stuffing is made from onions, Thai red paste, boiled corns, boiled potato mawa, seasoning cube, bread crumps and cashews. Her next dish is a dessert called Velvet Mousse Cake. It is made using red and green velvet sponge cake, dark chocolate, single cream, agar-agar, whip cream and others. It is garnished with chocolate decoration. Next, Nimisha invites cooking expert Kalpana Shah, who makes a dessert Caramel Banana Walnut Pudding. It is made from butter, walnuts, banana, brown sugar and taj powder. Then a sauce is made using sugar, butter, cream and vanilla essence. Later, she prepares Custard mixture and it is garnished with tuty-fruity and walnuts. Last dish prepared is Dahi Pudina Paneer Chaat. For this, Paneer Sandwich is made first using paneer, ginger-chili paste, garam masala and corn flour slurry. Then Daal Wada Pakodi and a mixture of curd are prepared.
