Pokemon Yellow: 0:00 Speedrun Glitched World Record

This is my full game glitched speed run of Pokemon Yellow in 0 minutes (timed with in-game timer) This run was performed real time on console. I am aware of a quicker method, but my aim was 0:00 and I knew I could get that with this method, and when I attempted the other on different emulators I got a load of different crashes to the whole emulator, so I am weary of doing that on console in fear of destroying my cart just yet...
