1989 Ford Bronco II 2.9L v6 misfire and intake manifold gasket hole?? HD

1989 Ford Bronco II XL 2-door M/T 4wd w/ 2.9L v-6. Just tuned-up (plugs, wires, dist cap & rotor). Reading over 300* Fahrenheit on 5/6 cylinders. Front left cylinder (sitting in driver’s seat), which is cylinder #4, is NOT firing. But no signs of head-gasket leak or blown.
