Sunborn Hotel warns more flights to Gibraltar needed HD

The Sunborn Hotel says more incoming flights to Gibraltar are vital for the future sustainability of its business on the Rock. Speaking to GBC, Managing Director Marc Skvorc said the collapse of Monarch Airlines has affected occupancy figures, However Sunborn remains firmly committed to Gibraltar. Mr Skvorc said recent investment includes the new 7th floor restaurant – The Barbary – which opens its doors on Friday offering a selection of Mediterranean dishes with a strong North African Influence. Other new ventures include a partnership between Sunborn and Casino Admiral. Ros Astengo spoke to Marc Skvorc to find out more.
