Prison Guards Ignore Inmate Dying On Floor [VIDEO] HD

The New York Times has obtained video surveillance of a Rikers Island inmate who died as a result of authorities not attending to his medical needs. They ignored him and then when they opened his cell door he collapsed. They allow him to lie on the floor for four minutes before they did anything. He died soon after.
