A Stripper Fed Me Steak and Lobster in New York | Story Thyme HD

The first time I ever tried surf and turf was in a strip club basement. It was amazing. This is the story. Recipe below. ----------------------------------------------------------- Steak & Chimichurri 1 boneless rib eye steak 1 cup of parsley ½ cup of olive oil ⅓ cup of red wine vinegar ¼ cup of cilantro 2 cloves of garlic 1 seedless jalapeno Salt and pepper STEAK Step 1 Coat the steak in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat and seat the steak for 3 minutes. Turn and sear for another 4 minutes for medium rare. Set aside. CHIMI Step 2 Add all the remaining ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth consistency forms. Set aside. LOBSTER ROLL 1 lobster tail and or claw 2 tablespoons of mayo 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 3 tablespoons of melted butter 4 tablespoons of chives Step 3 Steam lobster meat for 8 minutes. Extract meat into a bowl. In another bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, and chive. Season with salt and pepper. Step 4 Toss the lobster meat with the dressing. Set aside. BUILD Step 5 Slice an uncut sub roll lengthwise. Slice the top as if you were making a hot dog bun. Coat the inside of the top bun with butter. Add the lobster mixture. Step 6 Add the chimichurri sauce to the bun followed by the sliced steak. Put the middle bun on top, and cover with the top bun.
