The Unaffordable Cost of Generation Gap | Neerja Singh | TEDxChowringhee HD

Generational Gap & Conflicts arising out of the gap has been a big wellness challenge in our society and is an equivalent to an invisible pandemic but we all live in denial. The solution is that the Generations need to come together and co-create cumulative, compassionate and collaborative terms. The stakes are too high, it is a do or die. Neerja is a former teacher, published author, and blogger with a background and training in media, having worked in advertising, public relations, documentary filmmaking, and feature journalism. Her understanding of cross generational differences makes her the most ideal person to address the conflict that arises out of it resulting in dividends at work and in life. She urges people to think of her as a millennial with the benefit of hindsight. Like the millennials she is ambitious, engaged with the environment, tech-savvy, bent upon giving shape to her ideas, and excited at sharing them with the larger world.
