Battlefield 3 HDD vs SSD on Lenovo Y580, how to install mSATA SSD (Description) HD

Just showing the difference between a HDD and a SSD. The two laptops are identical: Lenovo Y580 with specs: 3rd generation i7-3610QM @ 2.30Ghz (4 cores/8 threads) 8Gb RAM Nvidia Geforce GTX 660M 2Gb Dedicated 1366x768 The one on the left of the screen was using a 500Gb HDD 7200rpm The one on the right was using a 500Gb HDD 7200rpm (for storage) and a 128Gb mSATA SSD.6Gb/s This is how I installed it: Y580 has mSATA that supports SSD, so you can buy the mSATA SSD online and put it in, as I did without having to remove anything. You can open the back and on the right of the HDD you can see a slot, that is where you install your mSATA SSD ( it needs 1 screw to screw it into the motherboard, which Lenovo only provides if you bought the laptop with a mSATA SSD with it). The mSATA SSD i bought was from Crucial, you can find it here, for 128Gb it should cost around 95-110 bucks, 256Gb is around 2 hundred something. Click on Disk Management. You wil see the SSD, format it as NTFS. Then restart ur lap, go to BIOS setting and turn on AHCI mode ( I think Y580 would automatically have this on). Now you will install a fresh version of windows on ur SSD. To make sure, open your back and remove the HDD, so that nothing would accidently be installed on the HDD. After install and set the boot setting to the SSD, start windows and set it up. Then you can install the HDD in whenever u want and format it or do anything with it. Make sure not to delete the drive with the Y580 drivers so that you dont have to download them again. This is what I did, it may not be perfect but just take it as a brief guideline. Gd luck!
