Vancouver Property Taxes Are Low! HD

This might come as a surprise to some homeowners but in Vancouver and Canada in general, we pay some of the lowest property taxes in the world. Just take a look south of the border especially in states like Florida where they pay 5 to 8 times what we do in annual property taxes. The Canadian and provincial Governments make up for these low property taxes with higher income tax rates.
