Idle control valve 1989 honda accord HD

Part one of idle surging issues and deceleration surging issue (at all speeds )on my 1989 honda accord. Lately after running the car for about 30 min then powering off- restarting a few hours later (dusk) I experience deceleration jolting / surging. After changing the idle control valve I eliminated my stand still hard idle issue :) but still experiencing Highway -D/surging:( In the next video I will clean my electronic idle control and replace the gasket to see what happens :) Keep in mind I already changed the fuel filters and eliminated any other possible issues for this - these components are responsible for maintaining correct fuel to air ratio - all the way down to the O2 sensors :)
