Bioshock Infinite Tweaks - Minimum Stutter - Maximum FPS HD

*Update - 3/31/2012 - korkyplunger or Technical Director at Irrational Games has announced that the setting bInitializeShadersOnDemand = True, might fix the stuttering issues. So far 12 people have announced via twitter that this has solved the stuttering issues. 5 People have announced via twitter that his in combination with -ReadTexturePoolFromIni has solved the stuttering as well. I am currently researching the best tweak combination and I will create another simpler video about these tweaks once I am 100% positive that the tweak(s) fix ALL or MOST of the stuttering.
