Winter Camping with Kids - Wet & Cold Feet - in a Tarp Shelter HD

16.05.2019
It was cold, damp and raw but yet nice to come out to do an autumn overnighter in the woods with my kids. We improve the firepit and build a nice shelter with DDhammock 4x4 meter tarp with a groundsheet. The kids were playing around and I made some goulashsoup with sausage. Light snowfall and calm winds. Keeping the fire alive became especially important, not just for baking frying pan breed (Stompa see recipe below) and dry som wet wood but also for the sake of the heat and comfort. The kids were playing around in the dark with their headlamps on to get warm before crawling into their sleeping bags for the night. Wet feet. I probably need to get some good shoes and clothes for the children and not just hurry out into the woods without checking the kid´s equipment and the weatherreport a little bit closer ;-). But I was longing out inte the woods and I didn´t expect the snow. I was lucky wet feet did´nt bring bad mood - this time. If you like what you see - please subcribe and push the nortification bell! Stompa - frying pan bread 15 dl rye sieve 2 tsk cicarbonate 2 tsk fennel 2 tsk anise 2 tsk salt 2 dl honey 5 dl condensed milk 1.Mix flour and bicarbonate in a bowl. 2.
