Axel and Xion - Part Four

Axel reads the letter Xion has given him. (Xions voice over) The letter reads: Axel, Ive decided that I have to go back to where I belong. Its for the good of everyone. Sorry. This is right. Youll be better off now. It was my choice to go away. I belong with Sora. And now I am going back to be with him. But Im nothing more than a puppet. Something that somebody created. I want to be with you two (Roxas and Axel). Its too late for me to undo my mistakes. Im glad I got to meet you. Never forget, thats the truth. Goodbye. Meanwhile Xion is dying in Roxas arms. Saix is curious to why Axel would save Xion rather than Roxas. Xion says to Roxas, Im glad I got to meet you. Never forget, thats the truth too. Larxene frantically asks questions aimed at Axel but he only awaits news on Xion so doesnt answer Larxene. As Xion digresses, Larxene leaves Axel to his thoughts, who is all too happy the blond female is gone. Roxas shreds many tears over Xion. Later that day Axel awaits Roxas but is met by Zexion first who tells of Xions death and simply asks as Roxas joins the two on the beach, Surely, you mustve known this was going to happen? Roxas is horrified to learn that Zexion had told Axel and not left the bad news to him. Axel, upset and angry, opens a portal and leaves. Axel meets Kairi a few weeks later. Kairi looks just like Xion and believes he and this girl can be friends. No. viii admits that he misses someone special but Kairi ends up running off leaving Axel alone. A few days pass and Axel learns of Sora. And helping Sora, Axel forms a friendship with the young boy. But to help the hero move successfully, Axel decides to use his whole being in an attack that is fatal. And lying on the ground, once again Axel begins to admit his feelings for Xion. She made him feel like he had a heart. Lifting a hand, Axel opens a portal for Sora at the same time as digressing in to the air.
