The new Star Wars film is going to be directed by Taika Waititi, the director of Thor Ragnarok, Thor 4 Love and Thunder, Jojo Rabbit and The Mandalorian season 1 finale. Taika Waititi also play IG-11 in the Mandalorian as well. Taika, already under Disney when working with Marvel Studios, is now taking on the next Star Wars movie project.
