Timed from the Windows logo @ boot = ~17secs to get to usable desktop inclusive of ~3secs to enter password and pass logon screen. No point timing from when you press power because every Mobo and BIOS setup is different on POST. MOBO: MSI P67A-G45-B3 CPU: i5 2500K 4.3GHz RAM: 16GB DDR3 OS: Win 7 x64 Pro SP1 AHCI: Enabled Win 7 install date: October 2009. Drive clone 1: Seagate SATA-II HDD to Western Digital Black SATA-II HDD. Drive clone 2: Western Digital Black SATA-II HDD to Corsair Force 3 120GB SATA-III SSD No boot or BIOS tweaks. No Windows services or startup processes tweaked. SSDs are amazing :p
