Gang Enforcement Traffic Stop: Two Arrested, Two Guns Seized. [Filmed on Saturday April 16th, 2016 by Kif Davis/Multnomah County Copwatch] Two Arrested, Two Guns Seized in Traffic Stop in North Portland. On Saturday April 16, 2016, at 5:45 p.m., North Precinct officers conducted a traffic stop on a driver at North Interstate Avenue and Lombard Street. During the course of the traffic stop, officers searched the vehicle for weapons and located two handguns in the glove box of the vehicle. 24-year-old Darryl Wilson Pendergraph was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Possession of Cocaine. 20-year-old Jaylen Tyrone Williamson was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
