Apple released iOS 9.3.1 today shortly after releasing iOS 9.3 (twice) build 13E233 and 13E237. Just to find that a nasty Safari link freeze bug had somehow mysteriously made its way into the 9.3 release. So now we have iOS 9.3.1 build #13E238, and we are not going to let this one creep by without comparing it to iOS 9.3. Surely nothing has improved but we just need to make sure.
