Vegan Spanakopita (Spinach Kale Pie) on a Sandwich Roll

Spanakopita "spinach pie" is mainly used with layers of phyllo sheets but i decided to use my home made bread dough and make it into a sandwich roll. You may also not need to roll the dough as a cinnamon roll but stuff them as hot pockets if you still want more of a pie feel to this recipe.
