Flip That House in San Antonio again

We flipped this house in San Antonio, Texas in 2008. It was a grandma house in good condition but just needed some cosmetic updating. On the inside we removed the blue carpet, candy-striped wall paper and came back with nuetral colors on the walls & carpet. We kept the original kitchen cabinets and just dropped granite slab on top and added new appliances and tile on the backsplash and floor. For the exterior I painted over the pink brick exterior and put on a new roof. The project took me 3 weeks to complete and my rehab came in under budget for less than 10,000.
