House Flip After the Remodel and Camper Issues Bought 6/22/2018 HD

They bought it for $30,000 or so. I made a commission when I bought it since I am a real estate agent. We spent about $20,000 on the repairs and will have another $15,000 in carrying costs, financing costs, and selling costs. We are listing the house for $224,900. This will be one of the cheapest houses in Evans Colorado that is fixed up or not fixed up. The market is crazy in Colorado and it should sell quick at that price. This is also the property that had the camper in the backyard which was dumped there by someone. I could not believe the views I got on that video! (155k).
