It was listed for $229,900 and I made an above asking price offer on the first day to try to get it before anyone else could write an offer. I was successful in getting the contract accepted! You may think I am crazy for spending that much money on a house that is so beat up, but the property is in Windsor Colorado. There is not one house for sale in the entire town for less than $300,000 right now. The house will need about $35,000 in work, and there will be about $20,000 in carrying and selling costs. I think the house will sell for around $320,000 when we are finished with it. We will have to replace the flooring, kitchen, baths, and do some work in the basement. The outside also needs some work as the stucco is badly stained. There may be electrical and plumbing work needed as well which I point out in the video. We will get started on this flip soon and hopefully get it sold before the end of the year. We have bought 11 flips in the last 2 months!
