House Flip Under Contract to Sell After the Rehab Bought 1/26/18 HD

It seemed like it has not been that long when I was shooting the video! We had one of our handymen do the rehab and they are usually a little slower than the contractors because we have them doing many other jobs at the same time. We also had to do a little bit of electrical work. The total cost for the rehab was around $30,000 but it is tough to put an exact number on it because we used our hourly pay handyman. We listed the house for $279,900 last week while I was in Disneyland and had an above full price off in a day. Our carrying costs are about $15,000 on this one which leaves us a decent profit.
