House Flip Update; Not Sold after 6 Months on the Market HD

I was completely wrong in the video when I said $260k or $270k. I spent about $35,000 on the repairs for the property. We lowered the price a few times down to $379,900 over five months and we still have not sold the house. We ended up taking the house off the market and making a few more repairs. We redid the exterior shop, the bathroom floors, and did a little painting. This video shows what the home looks like now after a little more work. We are relisting it soon and hopefully, it sells now!!
