FPA WEB TV: EBOLA CHRISTMAS IN LIBERIA HD
It’s Christmas time and Liberian shoppers and sellers are doing last minute shopping despite the deadly Ebola epidemic. From all indications, this year’s Christmas is poor because of the impact of the deadly Ebola virus on the economy and the life of the people. Many families cannot afford to buy things for Christmas but those who can afford it this year are scared of Ebola and want people to be careful how they shop and celebrate. Traders say that there is not much this Christmas because of the lack of new goods to sell, so they are managing with what they have. Waterside is not as packed as it used to be for normal Christmases, but many are happy to be alive.
