I recently got an invite to go to the Vancouver Asian Film festival for its VIP red carpet event at the River Rock Casino and I decided to share it with you all. Canada 150 seemed to be a big theme and there was also a special screening of the movie Columbus starring John Cho. I met a lot of familiar faces and was also surprised to see Youtubers there as well. I learned about a lot of new services too such as Chopso which is supposed to showcase Asian minorities in English speaking films.
