Too Late The Hero (1970)

Too Late the Hero is a 1970 Anglo-US drama war film. It features Michael Caine, Henry Fonda, Cliff Robertson, Ken Takakura, Denholm Elliott, Ian Bannen, Lance Percival, Ronald Fraser, Harry Andrews, and Percy Herbert. A reluctant hero, American Lieutenant Sam Lawson, is attached to a motley British unit tasked with destroying a Japanese radio on a Philippine island.
