My apologies for the laggy video, I recorded using OBS with Intel QuickSync and it for some reason it produced a very laggy recording, it shows pretty accurate FPS timings for normal gameplay. Computer Specs: OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit CPU: Intel Core i5-4210H 2.9 GHz RAM: 8GB DDR3L GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GT 940M 2GB INT-GPU: Intel® HD Graphics 4600 RES: 1920 x 1080 HDD RPM: 7200 Game Settings: Fullscreen 1366x768 FXAA: on MSAA: Off Vsync:On (sorry forgot to turn it off, but it never goes over 60 anyways) Population Density: 20% Population Variety: 20% Distance Scaling: 20% Texture Quality: Normal Shader Quality: High Reflection Quality: Normal Refelction MSAA: Off Water Quality: Normal Particles Quality: Normal Grass Quality: Normal Soft Shadows: Soft Post FX: High Motion Blur: Off Anisotropic Filtering: 4x Ambient Occlusion: Off Tessellation: Off Used Intel Quick Sync for recording to minimize performance impact, fps drop from recording is roughly 1-4 frames from standard gameplay.
