help me fix my sks and quick promo of it

HELP!!! my norinco is sick!and dirty, mthe "flappy thing"below the rounds keeps getting caught above the stopper so I can only load 1 rd,:( I have to push the Baseplate? down with a screwdriver, Do i need to replace something? Ive had 2 cases through it and its been well neglected, by me:) but if there is something I can adjust or replace with out going to a smith,that would be awesome.
