Dog rescue-Wire Fox Terrier in a pipe

A Wire Fox Terrier chases a rat into a pipe, and ends up trapped, lost and cold, over 600 feet up the pipe, under a city. The pipe was no longer being used, and there was no way out the other end. Workers had to bring in heavy construction trenchers, and dig up city streets to save the Terrier.
