The perfect dish, batter fish is a quick and easy fish recipe. Outside you will have a very crisp and lovely coating while inside is perfectly most tender fish. It so tasty! Extra-virgin olive oil Salt, to taste Black Pepper, to taste White Pepper, to taste (optional) Paprika, to taste (optional) Turmeric, to taste (optional) INGREDIENTS for batter 3 eggs 200 ml milk 7 oz (200g) flour Salt, to taste Dry the fish with a towel. Cut the fish into small pieces. Seasoned both sides of the fish with Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Paprika and Turmeric, to taste (optional). Combine eggs, milk and salt in a bowl. Working in batches, add the Flour and mix well. Add the oil to the pan and heat over high heat. Drop the fish in the batter and then fry away. You need to work in small batches. Fry on medium heat. Fry for 4 to 6 minutes watching carefully for a golden brown color. Turn the fish over gently and fry the other side, about 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer the fish to a plate.
