Miranda Lambert In Tears At CMAs After Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani Confirm Romance HD

05.11.2015
Miranda Lambert, 31, couldn’t hide her true feelings at the 2015 CMA Awards on Wednesday night, Nov. 4 in Nashville, Tenn. Performing her powerful single “Bathroom Sink,” tears welled up in her eyes as her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, 39, was nowhere to be found. Ouch. Well, that was certainly unexpected. For the first time since her divorce, Miranda took the 2015 CMAs stage all by her lonesome with pink highlights and a matching guitar. However, the only thing on everyone’s mind were the tears she couldn’t seem to hold back no matter what song she chose for the evening. Interestingly enough, Miranda performed “Bathroom Sink,” which is all about facing the public even when you’re at your absolute worst. Miranda herself said, “It’s exhausting… all the stuff that goes into just going out into public sometimes. I wish I could just not do it for a day and see what happens. The ‘Bathroom Sink‘ is the place where every women has to face who she really is and who she wants to be,” while explaining the song to SPIN in an interview from 2014.
