How to Install Portal Playground into the Bonus Maps!

EDIT: Since so many people have had problems, i am just going to post a zip file of everything. Put it into the PortalPlayground file. That way you can just unzip and get done in 2 minutes or less. Here is how to install Portal Playground to your bonus maps.
