In this video, we show u about How to Create & use of #Bounding Box Use this panel to create a rectangular or cylindrical boundary around selected entities in the graphics window. Bounding Box creates wireframe geometry, a solid model, or a stock model. You can also use a bounding box to check the overall dimensions of a part. Note: To enable the Solids option when the current geometry is 2D, enter a value for Z for a rectangular shape or Radius for a cylindrical shape. For 3D geometry, the Solids option is already enabled. #Turn Profile Use this function to create a 2D profile from existing solids or surfaces. Mastercam creates the profile in the top view of the active WCS by one of the following methods: Spinning the selected geometry about the selected axis Creating a cross section (slice) through the selected geometry in the XY plane Note: You can choose to create the profile from the upper half, the lower half, or the entire cross-section of the selected entity. #Silhouette Boundary Use this function to create a boundary curve around a set of surfaces, solids, or solid faces. It will create a 2D curve which represents the projection of the selected geometry onto the construction plane. It will be created at the current Z depth. This curve is typically used as a tool containment boundary for toolpathing. Set the filter options to generate the type of curve desired. The base output is linear segments.
