Hero ZIR 150 | First Look | 2016 HD

Hero MotoCorp raised many eyebrows at the 2014 Auto Expo when it showcased the Zir scooter at the 2014 Auto Expo. And there were good reasons for it, the Hero Zir was the first 150cc scooter from the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the country. But two years have passed since then but the scooter hasn’t seen the light of production yet. At the 2016 Auto Expo we can expect the Hero Zir to be finally launched in the Indian two-wheeler market and the timing couldn’t have been more apt. Its erstwhile partner and now arch rival, Honda is also gearing up to ride in its first 150cc scooter for the Indian market in the form of the PCX 150 at the 2016 Auto Expo.The Hero Zir was unveiled in two different variants, the flat board model and the stunning European style step thru. The Zir has been loaded with features, which were never seen in the scooter segment, like dual projector headlamps with day light running lights integrated in them, LED turn indicators and tail lamp, petal disc brakes, windscreen .
