How to livestream to twitch from Linux using SimpleScreenRecorder HD

Hello this is a tutorial on how to livestream from Linux to twitch.tv using SimpleScreenRecorder. I made this for the massive quest release in RuneScape called Fate of the Gods so that people on Linux can start livestreaming too. The reason i choose to not use FFMPEG was because using it in a script to stream is unreliable and slightly cpu heavy.
