OBS Studio settings - lagfree and smooth stream HD

EDIT: You can now run 6000 bitrate. I would still recommend using the Twitch Tool to find the best location. So alot of you have been asking for my OBS-settings. Well here they are. These settings are almost the best for my specs and I highly recommend that you experiment with your settings if you have better/worse specs than me.
