Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin Shiitake Mushrooms Rice Noodles Red Bellpepper Garlic Peanuts Ciboulette (Green Onion) Coriander (Cilantro) Fish Sauce Nam Prik Pao (Thai Red Chili Paste) Green Curry Peanut Oil Lime Juice Lime Zest Sugar Procedure: 1. Slice thin strips of pork 2. Marinate the pork with sugar, chili paste, fish sauce, green curry, peanut oil, and lime zest. Store in fridge for at least an hour. 3. In a wok add peanut oil. 4. Add in garlic (I was looking for a wooden spoon and accidentally burnt the garlic), Green Onions, Red Bell Peppers. Sautè. 5. Add pork. Sautè until pork is cooked. 6. Add Shiitake Mushrooms and peanut and sautè some more. 7. Add in rice noodles and mix vigorously. 8. Add Lime Juice. 9. Serve and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
