By watching different pieces of 'art' like Star Wars: Rebels and Star Wars: Forces of Destiny, one may begin to thing that the Galactic Empire is inherently evil, that its population is brainless and cruel and that their army soldiers, stormtroopers, pilots and officers are savage animals. And although I am not a fan of Empire myself, and I think Emperor Palpatine (aka Darth Sidious) was quite evil, there were still some good things that the Empire did. And Tatooine is one of many examples how the Empire did Good.
